A degreed accountant, certified project manager, and certified business systems analyst, Milton Allione brings over 25 years of hands-on Fortune 500 financial systems and operations experience to the management team. His cross-industry experience includes key management positions in retail, distribution and manufacturing segments at leading U.S. Corporations, including Taco Bell Corp, Yamaha Motor Corp, and Texas Instruments. Milton is frequently heard to say, "It is Innovation that makes IT work".
For over a decade, Milton was responsible for the day-to-day financial systems operations at Taco Bell Corp, Irvine, CA. Reporting to the VP/Controller’s office, his staff was responsible for directing and controlling the ongoing efforts the 100+ IT personnel that built and maintained the organization’s technical systems. This responsibility included complete oversight of all new financial systems under development or maintenance, and complete accountability for the monthly close process, which involved the consolidation of over 23 different subsystems. He pioneered the Data Center Computing initiative in the mid-80’s, which brought the power of the user-friendly, 4th generation programming languages to the user community to facilitate the need for flexibility and rapid response to ever-changing business needs.
Following Taco Bell, Milton implemented 2 SAP systems at Yamaha Motor Corp, Cypress, CA, the distribution arm for Yamaha, Japan in the United States. These multi-million dollar, n-tier, enterprise system implementations required the coordination of a team of 40+ developers and extraordinary control processes. All aspects of the financial systems implementation was coordinated - from the project plan and budget, to the screen design for the general journal entries. This was a highly technical implementation that required an extreme level of customization to accommodate bin-level inventory control, and overseas manifest accounting.
Subsequent to Yamaha Motor Corp, Milton was responsible for the West Coast implementation of the Texas Instruments, multi-hundred million dollar, worldwide SAP implementation, based in Dallas, TX. The West Coast (Storage Products Group) rollout affected over 2,200 users on 3 continents, and represented more than 1B in annual sales revenue. GL, APPO, AR, FA, SD, MM, MRP, custom interfaces, custom reports, custom security, custom training, and with over 5000 items on the go-live checklist ... this project had it all.

For over 3 years, Brilogy provided monthly seminars on the Cal State Long Beach campus teaching and evangelizing the benefits of the new Microsoft .NET Technology.

(licensed to Honeywell), a field based art generation system for Money Mailer, a saturation print company, and a patient management and billing system for the Coalition of Orange County Community Clinics.
